in primul rand ma asteptam la un rasp din partea lor. asa nu am de unde sa stiu ca macar au citit emailu. poate au dat numa reply catre citro romania.

My name is Sebastian Pruteanu and I am writing to inform you regarding a problem that occurred to my car: Citroen C4 1.6i.
I bought my car in February 2007, so about one year ago. It was taken from a dealer in Brasov, Romania. The name of the Citroen dealer is : District Serv.
By now I have driven 13000 km with my car and recently I have noticed a really worrying problem concerning the car’s clutch. I went to the dealer to tell them about my problem. Their reaction was unexpected: they said that I might have caused the problem by inappropriate use of the clutch.
However I have spoken to several Citroen C4 possessors who dealt with exactly the same problem with their cars: their clutch has been damaged in less than 15000 km.
But the real problem is that the dealer said that after disassembling the gearbox, if they decide that I caused the damage, I should pay for the new clutch and the manual labour. But it is hard to believe that considering my driving style is not an aggressive one. On the other hand, a couple of C4 possessors dealing with the same problem, have replaced their clutch in the account of the warranty. However this happened to possessors going to a different dealer (ATS Bucharest) from mine.
In conclusion I think it is unbelievable for a clutch to be so seriously damaged after 13000 km no matter the driving style, so all I can think is that something was wrong with the car from the beginning and the problem is in fact a manufacturing mistake.
rog pe cine a mai trimis emailuri catre citro franta sa posteze raspunsu aici(nu neaparat legat de problema cu ambreajul) pt ca sunt curios daca la toti le trimit raspunsuri de astea predefinite. si sincer chiar ma asteptam la un raspuns din franta.... care e parerea lor legata de pb cu ambreajul.Stimate Domnule Pruteanu,

autovehiculul Citroen C4 VTR.
In acest moment sesizarea Dumneavoastra se afla in atentia Departamentului
Garantii, urmand ca in cel mai scurt timp sa va oferim un raspuns final din
partea acestuia.
